Suit: Walmart sells too many groceries at St. Paul store

St. Paul, Minn. — Walmart and Supervalu are engaged in a fight over food at St. Paul's Midway Marketplace shopping center.

Supervalu operates a Cub Foods store at the shopping center and the company charges the Walmart that's also there is selling far more groceries than permitted under lease terms designed to protect Cub from competition. (source: MPR)
